Clients retain ownership of their original content provided to us. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IZ Optimization shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Our services may integrate or rely on third-party platforms, tools, or software including but not limited to Wix, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Business Profile. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, security, or policies of third-party services. Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

 

8. Month-to-Month Services

All ongoing services, including monthly SEO management, are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise stated in a service agreement. Clients may cancel monthly services at any time with no cancellation fees or penalties. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or services at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms or failure to make payment. Clients may terminate services at any time in accordance with the terms outlined in their service agreement.
